Project, Florea Duggingen

Coveted living space

Duggingen is perfect for families looking for a quiet, safe place to live with excellent connections. FLOREA was created in response to a growing demand for such living space: an attractive new building project with six houses and 42 condominiums as an identity-forming area with a high quality of living, recreation and movement. The development is being built in the Underholle area, which is thus being upgraded into a new residential area.

Three terraced houses, each with six terraced apartments, will be built on the steep north side of the plot, while three apartment buildings, each with eight apartments, will be built on the flatter south side. Parking will be provided in the communal underground garage; visitor parking spaces will be above ground.

Attractive open and green spaces between the houses underpin the high quality of life and the appeal of the beautiful residential area; the views extend far into green landscapes and gently wooded hilly areas.

Simple and elegant

FLOREA, an ensemble of six similar apartment buildings, three of which are terraced houses, has simple, straightforward architecture. Brass-colored window frames and endings of the terrace railings play with sand-beige facades and appear as elegant as they are restrained. Largely glazed fronts provide an unobstructed view of the landscape.

Generous viewing terraces built in front of the living areas of the terraced houses with covered and open areas blur the boundaries between inside and outside, so that outdoor spaces are no longer perceived as separate places for sunbathing, but as an extension of the living space.
